Geospatial Visionary Lawrie Jordan to Discuss the Future of GIS and 3D Content

May 18, 2011 – Berkeley, CA – earthmine, a world leader in 3D street-level imagery, announced today that Esri Director of Imagery Lawrie Jordan will deliver the opening Keynote Address at the first annual earthmine Partner Conference, to be held in Berkeley, CA on July 7-8, 2011.  Jordan is a GIS and geospatial imagery pioneer and will discuss the impact of emerging 3D technologies and content on GIS.

Jordan has more than 30 years of experience as a leader in the field of image processing and remote sensing, including a long-standing strategic partnership with Esri. He has been an advisor to numerous government organizations on current and future trends involving imagery and satellite programs.
