Watseka, IL - May 2008 -CST/berger introduced the AL-500H, an automatic self-leveling rotary laser that delivers professional performance with simple single button operation at an affordable price. The AL-500H horizontal single-beam rotary laser is ideal for general construction exterior jobs such as leveling, concrete forms and pads, site prep and marking elevations.
The AL-500H is fully electronic self-leveling (±5°) and provides accuracy of up to 1/8-in at 100-ft (3.2mm at 30m) with a working range of 1,000-ft (305m) when used with the LD-90 Rotary Laser Detector. Simple one button operation makes this 600RPM rotary laser easy to set-up and use. The durable design of the AL-500H features a heavy-duty protective cage for the laser beacon and co-molded water resistant rubber housing (IP54). The AL-500H is powered by 6 "AA" Alkaline batteries. 1-year warranty.
The AL-500H is available in two packages. The Detector Package includes the LD-90 detector with clamp, batteries, user manual and carrying case (Retail: $650.00). The Complete Package also includes a tripod and rod ($750.00).
CST/berger also introduced an interior/exterior rotary laser, the AL-500HV horizontal/vertical dual-beam single-slope interior/exterior rotary laser that delivers professional performance at an affordable price. The AL-500HV is ideal for exterior and interior general construction and aligning jobs such as grading, concrete forms and pads, site prep and elevation transfer as well as interior jobs such as building, drop ceilings, electrical installation and other alignment jobs.
The AL-500HV is fully electronic self-leveling and levels in both horizontal and vertical positions with an accuracy of up to 1/8-in at 100-ft (3.2mm @ 30m) with a working range up to 1,000-ft (305m) when used with the LD-90 detector. Scanning mode increases beam visibility for interior applications. It features single-slope leveling, up to ±10%, in both horizontal and vertical positions. A heavy-duty metal enclosed beacon and durable sealed housing ensure years of dependable operation and is water and dust resistant (IP54).
The vertical self-leveling feature allows for lay-down vertical applications- ideal for squaring and aligning. For interior applications, the AL-500HV also features scanning, laser head positioning and variable speed rotation. Six "AA" Alkaline batteries power it. 1-Year warranty.
The AL-500HV is available in three packages. The Interior package includes remote control, laser glasses, wall-mount, magnetic target, batteries, user manual and carrying case (Retail: $650.00).
