I have just made available on the Internet BLM's book "The Durability of Bearing Trees"...There are some photos on pages of some species and as soon as I can get more photos in place I will be producing a small water proof field guide for surveyors as well as an online PDF version for easy printing. If any of your readers have photos of bearing trees or unusual recovered BT's, Blazes, etc...I would be happy to add them to the Site. I can be reached at daryl at landsurveyor.pro
