Raleigh — McKim & Creed, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based, full-service engineering and surveying consultancy ranked among the top design firms in the U.S., has acquired Brock Design Group (BDG), a consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, land planning and landscape architecture located in Suwanee. The acquisition was finalized on Friday, May 2.
In making the announcement, McKim & Creed President and CEO Michael W. Creed, PE, said, “The founders of BDG, Mark Brock and Kiran Kulkarni, have positioned the company as one of the ‘go-to’ firms for commercial and institutional developers who want to do projects in Gwinnett County. Their commitment to clients and their philosophy are very similar to McKim & Creed’s mission, which is to provide the most responsive and dependable service all the time. Most importantly, Mark and Kiran have created a corporate culture that is highly sensitized to serving clients and caring about its employees.”

The additional resources that a firm like McKim & Creed offers will only further help us serve our clients.”
With the addition of the Suwanee office, McKim & Creed will continue to work with public and private sector clients throughout the Southeast, providing civil, environmental, instrumentation and controls, and structural engineering; stormwater management; surveying and mapping; GIS (Geographic Information Systems); and planning and landscape architectural services.
