Los Angeles, CA (April 8, 2008) Psomas is pleased to announce the appointments of Brian Bullock, Tim Hayes, Scott Rocke, and Carl Wallace as Principals of the Firm.
Brian Bullock, PLS (right) is a Vice President of Land Surveying in our Roseville, California office. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has been a key player in the team’s growth and success. This success was built on developing a top-notch survey team as well as providing outstanding client service.
Bullock’s professional career has covered all aspects of surveying for federal, state, county, and city projects, as well as residential subdivisions and commercial sites. Bullock’s extensive project background includes correctional facilities, government site development, highways and roadways, Sacramento area levees, and private land development. Bullock received his bachelor degree from California State University, Fresno in surveying and photogrammetry. He is a current resident of Citrus Heights, California.
A key player in growing the Northern California Transportation Team, Vice President Tim Hayes, PE (left) brings 16 years of experience in the planning and design of transportation improvement projects for agencies throughout Northern California. Hayes’ background includes highway widening, interchange modifications, intersection and street widening, roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements, and utility relocations.
A resident of Carmichael, CA, Hayes earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Scott Rocke, PE (right) is a Utah licensed professional engineer with 20 years of experience in the field of Land Development Engineering. He is the Vice President of Land Development in the Salt Lake City office and was instrumental in opening the office ten years ago. Rocke is particularly skilled in remote management of project teams, including international teams.
Rocke graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Civil Engineering and resides in Salt Lake City.
Carl Wallace, PE, (left) a Vice President of Program/Construction Management in Southern California, has close to three decades of experience in managing large-scale public construction programs. He is highly experienced in managing multi-million dollar projects through the design and construction phases.
Wallace received his bachelors in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University. He lives in San Diego and is based in Psomas’ Costa Mesa office.
