Oshkosh, Wis. — R.A. Smith National (formerly R.A. Smith & Associates and its National Survey & Engineering Division) — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and 3D visualization consultants — Oshkosh, Wis., has promoted Mark Reinsch from project surveyor to survey project manager.
Reinsch has 12 years of experience in all aspects of field surveying such as surveying of water distribution systems, asphalt and concrete paving construction projects, design surveys, grading projects, large building layout and construction, subdivision plats, plat of surveys, certified survey maps, ALTA/ACSM surveys, flood plain surveys and topographic surveys.
Reinsch has associates’ degrees in architectural technology and public works technician from Madison Area Technical College. He is a registered land surveyor in the state of Wisconsin. Reinsch lives in the city of Oshkosh.
