Stephen J. Morse to lead Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Department
January 23, 2008 (Charlton, Mass.) – Chas. H. Sells, Inc. (SELLS) announced today that Stephen J. Morse has joined the SELLS team as Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Manager and will work out of SELLS Charlton, Mass. office.
Morse, a resident of Ashland, Mass., is a seasoned GIS Manager/Analyst with 17 years experience in data research and analysis, data development and manipulation, and cartographic display. He has a solid background working for engineering, utility and business firms on a wide range of projects and services.
Morse has worked on a variety of projects including: a town-wide cancer death study; a municipal service facility development study; and numerous transportation, wastewater, stormwater, environmental, infrastructure, groundwater, land use, demographic, real estate and municipal-wide GIS development projects.
Morse received his Master’s Degree from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, Conn., and his Bachelor’s Degree from Salem State College, Salem, Mass.
