Dubuque, Iowa, Nov. 6, 2007 – Eagle Point Software Corporation today announced the addition of a job board to its newest business service, Eagle Point Exchange (previously The Engineering Exchange).

This service is an on-line business community dedicated to civil engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture firms. Initially, it includes access to resources that help owners manage workload, such as a job board and Contract Connections. In the near future, Eagle Point Exchange will evolve to provide educational materials, business templates, and connections to others in the industry to help business owners manage their organizations effectively and efficiently. Additionally members will be able to find information on topics that affect their daily business such as financial planning and management, human resource issues and strategic planning.

Contract Connections allows organizations to look for subcontractors when they have excess work and bid on projects when they have excess capacity. Business owners no longer need to worry about layoffs during slow times or having to pass on a project because they lack the appropriate staff.  The use of Contract Connections requires registration as an Eagle Point Exchange member.
