Carlson Software Names New Global Director of Positioning Systems

Randy Noland has joined Carlson Software Inc. as Global Director of Positioning Systems. This new position will help address the explosive global growth of machine automation in construction and mining, which has contributed to Carlson Software’s own extensive growth.
Noland brings to Carlson more than 22 years of experience in sales, marketing, and enhancement of land development products. As global director of positioning systems, Noland will work on the design, testing, and integration of Carlson Software’s solutions, working closely with Carlson’s machine control team.
“I welcome this opportunity to contribute to an A-plus team in growing Carlson’s business and working along with Bruce Carlson, founder and president of the company,” says Noland. “This global position will afford opportunities to establish synergistic relationships with OEM’s, mining, machine control, and construction business segments.”
