Corvallis, Ore. — April 4, 2006 — Tripod Data Systems (TDS) today announced a new rebate promotion for the TDS Ranger™ X-Series data collector with Survey Pro™ software. Customers who trade in their old data collector may receive the following rebates on these purchases:
• Ranger with Survey Pro software $500 • Ranger with Survey Pro Robotic software $750 • Ranger with Survey Pro GPS software $750 • Ranger with Survey Pro Max software $1,000
“The Ranger is already a compelling data collector with its built-in wireless, Survey Pro software, faster processor and the latest version of Windows Mobile software,” said Bill Martin, president of TDS. “The rebate gives surveyors one more reason to upgrade now.”
The trade-in promotion is valid in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada for purchases of Ranger data collectors with Survey Pro software between April 3 and June 30, 2006. The data collector to be traded in must be complete and working. All data collectors that are in working condition and contain all required components are eligible, except HP-based systems. Additional information and trade-in procedures are available at www.tdsway.com/trade and through TDS dealers.
