TDS designed the Recon and the latest version of Survey Pro to make surveying easier and more accurate. Survey Pro 4.0 includes multiple workflow enhancements, an Instrument Manager, editable favorites and GPS cell phone support. The Recon’s Intel XScale processor delivers the computing power needed to run Survey Pro functions and routines quickly. Its 64 MB of nonvolatile Flash memory keeps data files secure. Large displays and convenient buttons make all of Survey Pro’s functions readily available. The Recon is lightweight at just 17 ounces, with rounded edges that provide a comfortable grip and a display that’s bright and clear in sunlight.
