HxGN Live, Las Vegas, NV (June 4, 2014) — Intuicom Inc., a leader in wireless data solutions and pioneer of wireless connectivity for the survey, machine control and precision agriculture markets, has announced availability of Intuicom Remote Support, an optional service for users exclusive to the new RTK Bridge®-X.

With the cloud-based remote support option, Intuicom support experts can configure and troubleshoot the RTK Bridge-X remotely and instantly, so there’s no need for users to leave the field to resolve any issues.

Subscribers only need to make a single call to Intuicom to request service. After that, one of Intuicom’s highly-trained support specialists will immediately access the RTK Bridge-X no matter if it’s in the field or on the bench.

A yearly subscription to the Intuicom Remote Support service is $99 and includes unlimited support. Subscriptions may be purchased through an authorized Intuicom reseller or directly from the Intuicom website at www.intuicom.com/remotesupport.

“We see Intuicom Remote Support as a real game-changer for everyone. It frees the reseller from potentially time-consuming trips to the customer while also providing the end-user with instant resolution right in the field,” stated Jim Sidwell, Director of RTK sales for Intuicom. “It’s a perfect complement to the new RTK Bridge-X which in itself provides a whole host of new benefits to users, including WiFi, Bluetooth, Internet access, and more,” Sidwell concluded.
