Nikon-Trimble Introduces New and Updated Products Print E-mail
Written by Nikon-Trimble
Wednesday, 09 October 2013

Essen, Germany, Oct. 8, 2013 — Nikon-Trimble Co., Ltd. introduced today new and updated products to expand its Nikon® portfolio of solutions addressing the needs of the mainstream surveying and construction markets. The announcement was made at INTERGEO 2013, the world’s largest geodesy, geoinformatics and land management trade event.

The new and updated products include:
• New DTM-322 2” total station – the DTM range of entry-level total stations now include a 2” and 5” model. The new 2” instrument replaces the 3” model and offers DTM customers a higher-precision choice in a convenient and familiar form-factor. The 3” model will be discontinued once current stocks are depleted.
• Survey Basic™ software for total stations – the entry-level software application offers an enhanced interface that mirrors the familiar Nivo M user interface in a modern full-color touch-screen instrument (Nivo C). More language packs have been added, including Czech, Traditional Chinese, Korean and Polish.

“The Nikon portfolio continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of our customers,” said François Erceau, general manager of the Spectra Precision GeoInstruments Business Area. “Our customers enjoy the benefits of a mature, coherent portfolio of survey and construction products from a single supplier they can trust.”

Availability
These new and updated Nikon products are available now through the Spectra Precision global reseller network. For more information visit: www.spectraprecision.com or email: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
