Zoller + Fröhlich and Leica Geosystems Cancel OEM Agreement

Wangen im Allgäu, Germany, November 14th: The OEM Agreement (Original Equipment Manufacturer) between Zoller & Fröhlich GmbH and Leica Geosystems AG will end December 31st, 2012. The HDS 6200 (identical to Z+F IMAGER 5006h) and HDS 7000 (identical to Z+F IMAGER 5010), which were developed and manufactured by Z+F, will no longer be produced in the Leica OEM-Version from the expiry date onwards. We guarantee that support and service will be provided in the same manner as always.
Zoller + Fröhlich (Z+F) will serve the market needs with its own sales partners in more than 40 countries worldwide. Besides the Z+F IMAGER-series (5006h, 5010) and the Z+F PROFILER-series (5010, 9012) Z+F will continue to provide its own laser scanning software, LaserControl which will be continuously further developed. Professionals who rely on the fast and high precision 3D phase-based technology products “Made by Z+F” can continue using identical Z+F branded products. Trade-ins for both product lines are possible.
