A: Simply send your news release (ASCII text format please) to Amerisurv

Q: I can't seem to view the Job listings or RFPS, how come?
A:
These are both Free services, however, you will need to login to your amerisurv.com account in order to view content in those areas... we consider that to be "Premium Content Areas". All this is required of you is to establish a simple username/password pair and that's it! Create a user account here

Q: Our company may be interested in having a white paper or article published on Amerisurv... is this possible?
A:
Most likely. All editorial and feature contributions are screened by our Editors and publisher. We are glad to receive your abstract and will promptly notify you about having your article featured. Simply send your article or contribution (ASCII text format please) to the editorial staff at Amerisirv.

Q: What's the difference between registering for the newsletter and signing up for an Amerisurv Account?
A:
Simple... newsletter subscribers are requesting to receive our news blasts, whereas account holders establish a username/password pair which will give them access to "Registered User Only" areas and content like Jobs and RFPs.

Q: How can I get a weblink added to your links page?
A:
the best way is to register as an Amerisurv user then you can do this easily from the website.  The alternative is to send your request to the editor at Amerisurv

Q: What are the benefits of becoming an account holder?
A:
Once logged-in, Account holders will have access to a special "User Menu" providing links to content areas only accessible to account holders. Regsitered users can post their weblink, post an event, and post threads in the discussion area. In time additional features will be developed for registered "amerisurv".

Q: Is there a cost to become an account holder?
A:
No.. its Free!

Q: I noticed you have an RSS feed (Syndication) how can I use this - I've heard alot about it lately?
A:
It's relatively simple but requires a bit of homework on your part. We suggest you start by getting yourself a news aggregator - See NewsGator (Outlook), NetNewsWire (Mac OS), BlogExpress (WIN), or
Pluck - our friends at CADwire have a really good primer about RSS feeds also.

Q: Where are you located?
A:
Our corporate facilities and HQ is in Frederick, Maryland.

Q: How can I subscribe to your newsletter?
A:
You can subscribe using the newsetter registration box on the home page; click on the "Newsletter" link on the top navigation bar; or Click Here

Q: How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
A:
Every mailout should have an unsubscribe link posted at the bottom. If that doesn't work for you simply send an unsubscribe request toAmerisurv

Q: How can I reach you by phone?
A:
In order to cut down on unsolicited mail and phone calls we have not published our phone numbers online. The best solution is to send an email to the appropriate contact and request the phone number.. we will be happy to provide you with the number.

Q: I'm having trouble accessing part of the site and I think a section may be broken. Who should I contact?
A:
Since the site is brand new we won't be surprised to hear about some minor problems. If you encounter a broken link or a module that isn't working, please send a brief message to Amerisurv

Q: I'd like to add your RSS feed to my website but I'm having trouble.
A:
We suggest you consult a tutorial like this one http://www.mnot.net/rss/tutorial/. This tutorial from SUN and this one from WebMonkey is pretty good also!
