We are currently seeking a Supervising Surveyor for our Bakersfield office. The ideal candidate is familiar with all surveying aspects, enjoys managing people and developing new business in Kern County. The ideal candidate will possess at least 12 years of experience in the surveying field with 5 or more years of supervisorial experience. The possession of a PLS License and a BS in Civil Engineering or Geometrics is required. The individual who fills this role will direct and supervise all types of surveys performed by the Bakersfield office, develop surveying standards and guidelines, administer projects and budgets, hire train and schedule survey crews to ensure effective staff utilization and prepare administrative and technical reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Geometrics, engineering or Similar Field
