We are seeking a Survey Manager to oversee the land surveying department for a mid sized, established land surveying and civil engineering firm; focusing its efforts throughout the Southern Central States (New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Etc..)
The ideal individual would have 5+ years experience working in the industry with at least 2 years experience licensed as a Professional land Surveyor in either New Mexico and/or Texas. Must have in-depth project management experience to include developing client relationships, managing survey crews, setting-up projects and performing/preparing boundary determinations, legal descriptions, topographic / design / construction / aerial and GPS surveys, construction calculations, ALTA’s, and route surveys.
Responsibilities will include full land survey department oversight and supervision of staff, projects, client relationships, mentoring personnel, and reviewing/ organizing schedules, equipment and office organization tasks.
Requires a degree in Geomatics, or related experience as a Professional Land Surveyor Licensed in either Texas or New Mexico. Competency with MS Office and AutoCAD/LDD, GPS Total Station, Robotics, and Trimble Geomatics required.
